These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between KEVORA (SPELL ADVERTISING) and the customer (“Client”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Customised Products
All products offered by KEVORA are customised as per the client’s design, logo, or specifications.
The client must provide clear and final artwork, text, or design files before printing.
Once printing or production has started, no cancellation or modification will be accepted.
3. Proofs & Approval
Digital proofs or samples (if applicable) will be provided for client approval before final production.
Printing or colour variations (±5%) may occur due to machine or material differences and are considered acceptable.
KEVORA (SPELL ADVERTISING) is not responsible for errors in spelling, grammar, layout, or design approved by the client.
4. Payments & Billing
All orders must be placed with valid GST details.
No order will be processed without GST billing.
100% advance payment is required for customised products unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to market fluctuations or raw material costs.
5. Delivery & Timelines
Delivery schedules are estimates only and may vary based on order size, design approval, and logistics.
KEVORA will not be liable for delays caused by courier issues, client approval delays, or force majeure events.
Once goods leave our premises, we are not responsible for transit damage or loss.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Customised products cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled after production has begun.
Only defective or incorrect items (caused by our production error) may be considered for replacement after verification.
7. Intellectual Property
All client logos, trademarks, and artwork remain the property of the client.
KEVORA (SPELL ADVERTISING) reserves the right to showcase completed customised products (excluding confidential designs) for marketing or portfolio purposes.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses resulting from product use or delay.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad courts.
