At KEVORA, every product is made with care and precision as per the client’s approved design and specifications. Since all our products are customised and printed to order, we follow a strict “No Return / No Exchange” policy.

  1. No Return or Exchange

Once a product is dispatched or delivered, it cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Every order is produced only after client confirmation of design, quantity, and details; therefore, we do not accept any request for return or change once production has started.

  1. Client Responsibility

The client must carefully check and confirm all details such as designs, spellings, colors, sizes, and quantities before approving the final order.

KEVORA (SPELL ADVERTISING) will not be responsible for any error or omission found after the client’s approval.

  1. Quality Assurance

All customised products are inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.

Slight variations in colour, texture, or print finish (±5%) are normal in printing and are not considered defects.

  1. Damaged Goods During Transit

KEVORA ensures safe packaging for all shipments.

However, any transit damage or courier delay is beyond our control and not eligible for return or refund.

Clients are requested to check the package at the time of delivery and report any external damage directly to the courier partner.

  1. No Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once payment is made and the order is confirmed.

In case of a verified production error (rare), KEVORA may review and decide on an appropriate corrective action at its sole discretion.

  1. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes related to orders, printing, or delivery shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghaziabad courts only.
